Les programmes d’éducation communautaire et de sensibilisation, amélioreront la connaissance sur l’importance et le rôle des mangroves dans la séquestration du carbone, la purification de l’eau et de la biodiversité des espèces marines.L’entretien et l’assainissement écologiques de la lagune Ebrié, de Cocody à Bingerville, Koumassi, Marcory, Port-Bouet, Treichvlle, Grd Bassam, Jacqueville, vont créer de milliers d’emplois nouveaux, surtout verts, au profit des communautés locales.
