En la actualidad, el sistema cuenta con 530 bicicletas operativas distribuidas en 63 estaciones, ubicadas en lugares de intenso uso público. Dicho sistema es una red de transporte público, que consiste en el alquiler de bicicletas, en el cual una persona suscripta puede extraer un vehículo de las estaciones, utilizarlo para realizar un viaje y devolverlo en la estación más cercana a su destino. Además, las estaciones se encuentran vinculadas a la red de ciclovías para garantizar la seguridad de los usuarios.Se prevé avanzar hacia una evolución tecnológica basada en un sistema de bicicletas híbridas, con mecanismos similares a los propios de los sistemas dockless (sin anclaje), los cuales tienen su propio mecanismo de seguridad, prescindiendo de una estación activa, como sucede con el sistema actual.Entre las acciones para hacer más eficiente este servicio, se plantea la adquisición de más bicicletas, el desarrollo de obra civil para la instalación de mayor número de estaciones, entre otras adecuaciones de estructuras y equipamientos. Por otra parte, considerando que el balanceo de carga de las estaciones -tarea necesaria para garantizar la correcta disponibilidad de rodados según el comportamiento de la demanda- y el mantenimiento general requiere de una flota constituida por tres camiones de tipo Sprinter, dos camionetas de tipo Partner y una moto triciclo -todos ellos con motores a combustión-, se prevé su reemplazo por unidades eléctricas.Para dar respuesta a la logística de última milla, Rosario se encuentra trabajando en una prueba piloto para la incorporación de bicicletas cargo para el traslado de paquetería en el marco del Programa Ecologistics del ICLEI. A fin de alcanzar la meta propuesta de ampliar el sistema a todos los distritos de la ciudad, aspirando así a contar con una red mínima de 200 estaciones y 1500 bicicletas, se requiere una inversión aproximada de US$ 2.500.000. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05 | |||
