Cabe mencionar que el ANVCC contiene resultados para la producción ganadera y forrajera en el municipio de León, pero no presenta resultados de la vulnerabilidad de los asentamientos humanos a deslaves e inundaciones, ni de la población al incremento en la distribución del dengue, o de las especies en riesgo y prioritarias al cambio a condiciones climáticas no análogas de la distribución potencial actual de las mismas. La mayor vulnerabilidad actual se presenta en la producción ganadera extensiva ante inundaciones, que fue evaluada con 0.48 puntos. Las vulnerabilidades futuras, calculadas a partir de los escenarios de cambio climático, confirman lo anterior; sin embargo, el rango de vulnerabilidad para la producción ganadera extensiva ante estrés hídrico es del doble al valor registrado en la producción ganadera extensiva ante inundaciones. Con la finalidad de ampliar las condiciones de resiliencia del municipio, en el Perfil de Resiliencia Urbana de la ciudad, elaborado en 2016 por el IMPLAN, se evalúan elementos sociales, económicos, urbanos y físicos, así como información sobre políticas, acciones, prácticas o procedimientos de la administración. Los resultados de este estudio, revelan que no obstante las presiones sociales, políticas y económicas, la administración municipal ha logrado mejorar las condiciones urbanas.
