Over the course of five months that followed, the City of Bloomington Department of Economic and Sustainable Development has continued gathering data for LEED certification data entry using the ArcSkoru system, as well as energy and water use data in EPA Energy Star Portfolio Manager. This building is performing well in the waste management category and transportation associated with employee commuting. Between 2012 and 2018, the city hall building increased performance by approximately 13 points. City-wide LEED Certifications- As of 2019, 84 buildings in Bloomington have received a LEED certification.
