To inform the discussion on how Calgary could shape its future energy use and carbon emissions, the report then assesses a long list of the measures that a range of actors in Calgary could take. Ranging from changing light bulbs to rebuilding offices, this analysis assesses the cost and carbon implications of single actions and of programmes of action that could be implemented across the city. Individually, many of these actions have only a small impact on energy use and carbon emissions.
