Approximately $2 million in incentives are expected from the IESO SaveOnEnergy program. LED street lights installed by the LAMP project will consume approximately 60% less electricity than their HPS counterparts. The LED street lights also have a long in-service life expectancy in excess of 15 years thereby reducing the City’s operating costs and further enhancing service levels. The LAMP project is estimated to reduce the City’s energy usage by approximately 2.1 mega-watts, equal to the amount of electricity consumed by over 1,000 homes. | 01/20/2022 02:27:05 | |||
