Através do seu compromisso, os signatários pretendem atingir e ultrapassar o objetivo da União Europeia de reduzir as emissões de CO2 em 20% até 2020 através da redução de consumos de energia - públicos e privados - e aumento da utilização de fontes de energias renováveis, o que representa um esforço significativo para os municípios. O Município de Águeda aderiu ao Pacto de Autarcas a 12 de Novembro de 2008, sendo um dos primeiros municípios portugueses a aderir. Esta adesão foi mais um passo que o concelho deu com vista a promover o desenvolvimento sustentável do município. No âmbito da adesão ao Pacto de Autarcas o município de Águeda procedeu à realização do Plano de Ação para a Sustentabilidade Energética de Águeda foram definidas diversas medidas de sustentabilidade energética cuja implementação permitirá o cumprimento do compromisso assumido com a assinatura do Pacto de Autarcas, nomeadamente de redução de 33% das emissões do município até 2020. As emissões estão relacionadas com o aumento de temperatura a nível global, bem como alterações no equilíbrio climático que se fazem sentir localmente. Interessa existir uma ação globalizante para a redução das emissões. Neste sentido, e após a realização da monitorização referida, houve no município uma continuidade e coerencia na implementação de medidas para diminuir o peso das emissões e equivalentes em CO2 concelhio, pela instalação de maior número de fotovoltaicos, passagem da frota municipal para viaturas elétricas, promoção de meios de mobilidade suave, renovação e reforço do parque de bicicletas elétricas em regime de partilha pública, entre outros que potenciam o decréscimo nas emissões produzidas.01/20/2022 02:27:05

This dataset contains all public responses to the CDP-ICLEI 2021 Cities questionnaire. All data included in the dataset is self reported by cities. The reporting platform remains open and the dataset is updated daily to reflect new submissions.
Please note that this dataset exceeds the capacity for Excel. To export the data to Excel, the dataset has been separated into three files. Please follow the links below to access these:
