As necessidades nutricionais são calculadas tendo em consideração as características da comunidade académica e com base nas orientações da Food and Nutrition Board (FNB). Existe ainda um acompanhamento nutricional no que respeita a especificações técnicas, capitações servidas, consumo/redução de sal e concepção, desenvolvimento de novos produtos e alergénios.Nos últimos anos aquisição dos produtos foi tido em conta em critérios de proximidade e menores custos logísticos e de distribuição e é valorizada a produção que tenha origem no local de consumo ou adjacente e os alimentos da época. Nos refeitórios e cantinas dos estabelecimentos de ensino, está a ser dada preferência à aquisição de produtos que promovam uma alimentação e nutrição adequadas ou a difusão de informação quanto à realidade produtiva local. This dataset contains all public responses to the CDP-ICLEI 2021 Cities questionnaire. All data included in the dataset is self reported by cities. The reporting platform remains open and the dataset is updated daily to reflect new submissions.
Please note that this dataset exceeds the capacity for Excel. To export the data to Excel, the dataset has been separated into three files. Please follow the links below to access these:
