Upon approval of the project in Oslo, the chances for realising carbon capture at Heimdal would be considerably higher. Based on the available technologies today, the total cost of the carbon capture facility at Heimdal would be around 700 million NOK. However, this project and partnership may also contribute positively to value creation. Se presenta a continuación algunos datos de utilidad: -Kv 25% Disminución volumétrica por degradación biológica y compactación-Kc 0,70 ton/m3 Compactación de los RSU al momento de la disposición-Grsu 185,00 ton/día Generación diaria de RSU (promedio período 2014-2024)3- Educación Ambiental: en pos de incrementar el porcentaje de residuos inorgánicos que se rescatan para reciclado, se realiza un trabajo constante de educación ambiental con escuelas primarias y secundarias, difundiendo la separación en origen a través de una dinámica lúdica e interactiva con juegos ambientales para las escuelas. 1-Se trata de una planta tipo modular para clasificar residuos inorgánicos desarrollada en Rafaela por la firma DEISA. El predio está protegido por un muro perimetral de material, conformándose un total de 7000 m2. Como posibilidad de mejora, se plantea la posibilidad de construir un SUM que conste de cocina y sala de primeros auxilios.2-El relleno sanitario se encuentra en etapa de procesos jurídicos para la habilitación final. O Parque Solar é um projeto que consiste na implantação de uma usina fotovoltaica, atualmente a tecnologia mais barata no mercado, onde são utilizados dispositivos conversores da luz solar em energia, que têm a capacidade de instalação igual ou maior que 1,6MWp, com orçamento aproximado de R$21 milhões (U$6 milhões), para um prazo de implantação de 36 meses.Esse projeto prevê, além da instalação do Parque Solar Municipal, a edição de uma lei municipal que obriga as indústrias a se comprometerem com a autoprodução de parte da energia consumida. Para isso, será desenvolvido um sistema de drenagem na bacia do rio Saracuruna, um dos principais rios do Município, com área de drenagem total de 189,80 km² (em sua maior parte no Município de Duque de Caxias) e uma das mais problemáticas em termos de impactos ocasionados por desastres hidrometeorológicos.Neste projeto, o sistema de drenagem será projetado para a captação e retenção das águas pluviais em reservatórios de amortecimento. Conforme destacado pela modelagem gerada por Rodrigues (2013) está prevista a construção dos reservatórios: Xerém (700.000 m³ de volume de armazenagem e área de utilização de 2.099.689m²); Parque A Equitativa (250.000 m² de volume de armazenagem, também com grande potencial de abastecimento inclusive de água potável); Parque Paulista (58.000m³ de volume de armazenagem e área de utilização de 300.000m²); Arcampo, Vila Urussaí e Morabi (789.000 m³ de volume de armazenagem e 1.464.856m² de área de utilização); finalmente, Cangulo 1 e 2 (32.500m³ de volume de armazenagem e 109.689,00m² de área). No entanto, vale destacar que um estudo de viabilidade técnica-econômica deverá ser desenvolvido.A partir das necessidades de investimentos em drenagem e manejo das águas pluviais urbanas, especialmente em um sistema de redistribuição da água pluvial para os pontos críticos do território, estima-se um custo de 35 milhões de reais (U$ 10 milhões) para implantação do projeto. Esse investimento se justifica, tendo em vista o crescimento vegetativo da população e a expansão não planejada do território, tornando cada vez mais distante o direito do cidadão à água. Além disso, as empresas que irão se instalar no bairro receberão incentivos fiscais para a geração descentralizada de energia, através de utilização de fontes renováveis, como a energia solar e a biomassa, bem como o estímulo ao uso de telhado verde e ao reuso de água; e, para aquelas já instaladas, serão oferecidos incentivos para a realização de projetos de retrofites. O projeto integra o plano de ações da iniciativa Cidades Emergentes Sustentáveis (ICES) e foi viabilizado através da parceria entre Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID), O Ministério da Fazenda Austríaco (BMF – Bundesministerium für Finanzen) e o município de Palmas, por meio do Instituto de Planejamento Urbano de Palmas (IPUP). Foram realizados estudos sobre a viabilidade econômica do projeto, que prevê a instalação de empreendimentos imobiliários, a exemplo de apartamentos e comércios, que financiariam sua instalação. Outra questão que facilitaria a viabilização do parque é a previsão de implantação em etapas em um horizonte de 25 anos, havendo tempo para o planejamento financeiro de sua instalação. Ao invés de cair in natura e poluída diretamente nos córregos da cidade, a água excedente decorrente da enxurrada poderá ter três destinos: parte será coletada e reutilizada para a aplicação em hidrantes e rega dos jardins públicos, outra parte considerável será absorvida pelo solo, abastecendo o aquífero e possível excesso será redirecionado para a rede de macrodrenagem, o que fará desse sistema um importante instrumento de sustentabilidade no manejo de águas pluviais na cidade. | 59984082.34 |
