Must be an error in the Formulas, and that will explain any difference in figures reported here versus the attached file,

We normally set the emissions of these equal to the year before and revise as soon as possible. Overall this does not have a big impact on the total result. Normally it means that the true emissions are slightly lower than we report, after a revision is made.Even if the attached document include many figures for 2019, it is not totally done. It will be ready in September, when the final data is available.
