Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city1Se estima que el 6% de la población de la ciudad aún no tiene acceso a los servicios públicos, y hay otro sector que accede a ellos de manera parcial o informal.

Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city2El Sistema de Salud Pública de la Ciudad tiene una gran demanda de atención.

Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city3Ante la problemática habitacional en barrios populares, la Ciudad de Buenos Aires trabaja con el objetivo de reducir la vulnerabilidad de la población mediante la realización de obras de reurbanización de determinadas zonas de los barrios vulnerables más populosos.
11387531155City of Buenos AiresArgentinaLatin America2. Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city4El sistema pluvial y cloacal es fundamental en la capacidad de adaptación de la ciudad.

Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city5Buenos Aires enfrenta una importante situación de desigualdad que afecta la capacidad de adaptación, especialmente entre sectores con pocos recursos económicos y más específicamente con la población establecida en asentamientos informales.

Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city8El cambio climático como política pública exige la interacción de múltiples actores y áreas relevantes del gobierno para el diseño e implementación de medidas de mitigación y adaptación al cambio climático.

Climate Hazards and Vulnerability2.2Please identify and describe the factors that most greatly affect your city’s ability to adapt to climate change and indicate how those factors either support or challenge this ability.4Please describe how the factor supports or challenges the adaptive capacity of your city9Fortalecer el compromiso comunitario es muy relevante para la capacidad de adaptación, más aún para los grupos más vulnerables.
