Governance and Data Management1.7Please provide information specifically on the impact of the COVID-19 economic response on climate action in your city and synergies between COVID-19 recovery interventions and climate action.3Explanation1ResponseLa MML desarrollo el programa Lima Te Cuida, ha inicios de la pandemia por el COVID-19, programa que se compone por diversas estrategias diseñadas para evitar el contagio y que a su vez tuvieron efectos beneficiosos sobre el ambiente.- Mercados Moviles: Al ser posibles focos de contagio, intervenimos los mercados de la capital para asegurar que se cumplan los protocolos de seguridad en vendedores y consumidores. Una de las iniciativas más destacadas fue el Mercado Mayorista Móvil, que facilitó el abastecimiento de mercados minoristas de diversos puntos de Lima y promovió el acceso a alimentos de manera segura. A la fecha se implementaron 52 mercados mayoristas moviles, 20 ferias Allin Pallay, 589 tn de alimnetos vendidos, 1806 productores y comerciantes beneficiados, 37839 personas beneficiadas, 19 Ferias Renacer Alimentario y 1’069,717 ventas generadas en soles.- Movilidad: La comuna capitalina reforzó e implementó 46 km de ciclovías emergentes por distintos puntos de la capital, como medida para facilitar el distanciamiento. Las concesionarias viales Rutas de Lima y Lima Expresa exoneraron el pago de peaje a los vehículos que trasladaban al personal de salud y asociado a actividades de mitigación del COVID-19. El servicio del Metropolitano y corredores complementarios se adecuó al Estado de Emergencia para permitir la movilización de personas con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad. A la fecha se implementaron 17.4 km de ciclovías temporales habilitadas, 6,415m2 de áreas habilitadas para el peatón, 25.5km de mantenimiento de ciclovías, 10.2 km de ciclovías en rehabilitación, 4km de ciclovías en obras y 303 mototaxis capacitados en prevención de Covid-19.- Salud: profesionales de nuestro cuerpo médico están a disposición del Minsa para atender esta pandemia. También se han instalado salas de observación e identificación de COVID-19 en 16 establecimientos de Sisol Salud. Para recibir asesoramiento médico y psicológico se habilitó las líneas de Aló Sisol. Se reciben además mensajes por WhatsApp Sisol y recientemente el Minsa y Sisol firmaron convenio para detección temprana del COVID-19 en 23 establecimientos. A la fecha se han desarrollado 36,186 Pruebas de descarte Covid-19, 12,300 Atenciones en salud, 1,140 Capacitaciones de prevención frente al COVID – 19, 18 Protocolos de actuación frente al COVID-19, 108 Campañas de Salud,15 Distritos beneficiados,18,710 Atenciones y seguimiento en salud al adulto mayor y población en general y 3’072,456 Atenciones en Centros de Sisol.- Lima ambiental: Se realizan trabajos de desinfección en diferentes hospitales, paraderos, plazas y mercados del Cercado de Lima y de varios distritos de esta ciudad. También se prosiguió con la labor de recolección de residuos sólidos y se fomentó al cuidado del ambiente y el reciclaje, a través de la implementación de biohuertos y composteras. A la fecha se ha realizado la Limpieza y desinfección de 9’085,979 m2 correspondientes al Cercado de Lima, 614,016 m2 de perímetros desinfectados de 7 hospitales y morgue central, 84,489m2 de exteriores de mercados desinfectados, 8’387,474m2 de vías y espacios públicos desinfectados, se recolecta un promedio de 570 tn diarias de residuos sólidos, 251 Jornadas de “Quintas Limpias”, 27 726 !uintas y espacios comunes desinfectados, 27,726 Familias beneficiadas, implementación de Biohuertos: 13,755 personas beneficiadas, 789 biohuertos en casa, 19 biohuertos comunales, 62 Quintas verdes capacitadas, 113 Ollas Comunes, 117 intervenciones con composteras y áreas verdes y 3 zonas de limpieza y mantenimiento de circuitos turísticos peatonales en lomas.- Ayuda humanitaria: Frente al COVID-19 se buscó el bienestar y cuidado de la ciudadanía en tiempos de pandemia. Uno de los proyectos emblemáticos fue La Casa de Todos, la cual fue hecha en alianza con la Beneficencia de Lima. Luego está el proyecto la Casa de Todos Permanente y la Casa de la Mujer. También se hizo entrega de canastas familiares básicas para los vecinos del Cercado de Lima, así como a los alrededores de la ciudad.- Ollas comunes: La campaña “Manos a la olla” se adaptó a la emergencia para asegurar el funcionamiento de las ollas comunes en las zonas más vulnerables de la ciudad. Las acciones comprenden el apoyo temporal con miras a la autogestión de estos espacios. La recuperación de alimentos permite dotar de raciones a una gran cantidad de la población. 62,049 beneficiados.- Desde casa: Promovemos la participación en actividades educativas, culturales y deportivas desde casa. Fomentamos el acceso virtual a contenido formativo y de desarrollo personal. Pusimos a disposición de la ciudadanía el primer curso virtual sobre quechua básico. La comuna limeña busca brindar un soporte académico y práctico a toda la comunidad educativa del país, a través de La Escuela de Lima, un espacio que ofrece conferencias y talleres virtuales gratuitoSe puede encontrar mayor información en el siguiente link: https://coronavirus.munlima.gob.pe/
