Ahora bien, resulta llamativo que una porción considerable de la población encuestada no tenga sistemas de calefacción ni de agua caliente sanitaria, y que casi un quinto de las familias dentro de la comuna no tenga un calefón en sus viviendas, situación que se agudiza entre la población en situación de pobreza. Si bien la leña es el combustible más usado para calefacción, no es así para otros servicios energéticos como cocción de alimentos o agua caliente sanitaria, encontrándose generalizado para estos el uso del gas en sus diferentes formas. En lo que respecta a calidad se observa que, si bien la mayoría de las viviendas emplea hormigón en la construcción de sus muros, existe una cantidad considerable que usa materiales de menor calidad, que podrían resultar en una menor eficiencia energética de dichas viviendas. Esto debe tenerse en cuenta puesto que se identifica que más de un tercio de las familias pobres usa tabique forrado en sus muros, y que la evaluación negativa de la construcción de las viviendas de los hogares pobres es muy superior a los que no lo son. It is situated in southern Sweden, in the northeast part of the province of Skåne. Area wise, the municipality is the largest in Skåne with its 1,346 km². Kristianstad Vattenrike surrounding Kristianstad was designated by Unesco in 2005 as a Biosphere Reserve . Since then it has served as a model for sustainable development under the motto “Benefiting nature and people”The municipality of Kristianstad belongs to Greater Copenhagen. The train runs almost 24 hours via the Öresund Bridge to Denmark.It is possible to reach Copenhagen by train in less than two hours.
