Both the activity data used and the emission factors were evaluated qualitatively in relation to the confidence level. Many data were assessed as high confidence and many others as medium trust, being those of low confidence, minority. The emission factors were mostly evaluated as medium or low specificity. Therefore, we believe that in general the inventory has an medium level of confidence.
