El objetivo del programa es proveer puntos de abastecimiento descentralizados, que permite llevar alimentos de primera necesidad del Gran Mercado Mayorista de Lima a los centros minoristas de los diferentes distritos, a fin de normalizar los precios de venta, en beneficio de la economía de las familias. Se realizaron 52 Mercados Mayoristas móviles que beneficiaron a 37,839- Se fortaleció las ferias de productores “Allin Pallay”, los productores venden directamente a los ciudadanos. Desde el inicio de la emergencia se realizó en 20 ferias.Asimismo se cuenta con el prorgama"Lima elige saludable" es un proyecto que capacitó y certificó puestos del Mercado Elio, por participar de los talleres sobre los beneficios nutricionales de las frutas y verduras, y prácticas de como reducir la pérdida de desperdicios de estos alimentos. Los comerciantes capacitados comparten esta información con sus clientes, que en su mayoría son residentes de la Urb. Santísima Trinidad, quienes también participaron en talleres sobre el consumo de frutas y verduras.

Como parte de las actividades, también se realizó un concurso sobre preparaciones saludables y sostenibles.
