These are included in the following policy document : The Paris Strategy for Sustainable Food (La Stratégie de Paris pour une alimentation durable).

The number of social grocery stores has doubled in 6 years. The City is studying the opportunity of creating a new solidarity initiative to enable the poorest Parisians to buy fruits and vegetables (solidarity card, “panier suspend”…). During the Covid crisis, the City has proposed “fruit and vegetable baskets” at lower price for deprived people.
