Por lo tanto, los resultados sirven como eje para definir las acciones de adaptación que serán incluidas en el Programa Municipal para Acción ante el Cambio Climático de Zapopan. El estudio integra los resultados del análisis de los riesgos y vulnerabilidades climáticas actuales y futuras para el municipio. Para esto se identificaron los impactos ocurridos y las consecuencias atendidas desde años anteriores hasta la actualidad, aunados a la descripción de las condiciones de vulnerabilidad futura a partir de escenarios de cambio climático. El análisis también identifica factores gubernamentales, socioeconómicos, de infraestructura, físicos y medioambientales que influyen sobre la capacidad adaptativa del gobierno local y determinen el nivel de resiliencia del municipio.
