The dataset contains 2021 data on cities' adaptation plans, reported by cities through the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System in response to question 3.2a ("Please provide more information on your plan that addresses climate change adaptation and/or resilience and attach the document.") in the 2021 Cities questionnaire.
