This dataset contains 2021 data on cities' climate change impacts on health and health systems, as reported by cities through the CDP-ICLEI Unified Reporting System in response to question 2.3a in the 2021 Cities questionnaire. The data is held in an Excel workbook. Clicking on the 'Download' button will cause this file to be downloaded to your machine. The Excel workbook was created through Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2301).

The Excel workbook contains multiple tabs. The first tab labelled 'Introduction' provides a brief description of the dataset while the 'Summary Data' contains a list of all cities featured in this dataset. The remaining tabs contain data for each question of the Cities 2023 Questionnaire.
