The data is held in an Excel workbook. Clicking on the 'Download' button will cause this file to be downloaded to your machine. The Excel workbook was created through Microsoft Excel for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2301).

The Excel workbook contains multiple tabs. The first tab labelled 'Summary Data' contains a list of all states and regions featured in this dataset, while the remaining tabs contain data for each question of the States and Regions 2022 Questionnaire.
